For our comprehensive and restoration cleaning packages, please contact us within 30 days of your cleaning. We’ll return and address the issue at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is always our top priority!
What “Chemicals” Will You Be Using?
With Two Shea’s Restoration, we only use top-tier, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets, and gentle on your carpets while still effectively tackling tough stains and dirt. Our products not only deep-clean but also help to prolong the life of your carpets. And remember, we’re fully transparent about our processes and products – so if you have any specific questions or concerns, we’re here to answer them.
How Do I Pay & Do I Need To Be Home?
We aim to provide a hassle-free service for our Two Shea’s customers. So we accept payment through all major credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, as well as cash and check. In terms of presence during the service, while it’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning, if there are pets or minors at home, we do require an adult to be present. If you won’t be home during the cleaning, prepayment will need to be arranged. We work hard to ensure the process is convenient and tailored to your needs.
How Long Will It Take To Dry?
The drying time for your carpets after cleaning typically ranges between 4-6 hours. In many cases, it can be even less than 4 hours. This precise duration can vary based on factors like indoor humidity and airflow. We suggest that you keep your HVAC system running and use fans, if possible, to enhance airflow and expedite the drying process.
How Does Two Shea’s Clean Carpet?
At Two Shea’s, we employ the most effective methods to ensure thorough carpet cleaning. Our preferred and highly recommended method is Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning), which maximizes cleaning potential and offers the best chance of removing deep stains and soil. For specific cases, we also offer Very Low Moisture Cleaning. However, we believe that Hot Water Extraction is the most efficient and reliable option.
