We try to be as accommodating as possible with payments which is why we accept almost all forms of payment. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, but do charge a 3% processing fee for these payments, its the only payments with a service fee.

Zelle/Cashapp/Venmo: We accept payments from these transfer platforms and do not charge a fee, so customers wanting to pay digitally without a processing fee, often choose this method.

Check: We accept personal checks with verified ID matching the information on the check.

Cash: We accept cash on all jobs, but typically our technicians do not carry change on them, so please try to provide the exact amount for the service.

Yes, here at Two Shea's we are so confident in our work that we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on almost all jobs! (Due to the nature of Pet Treatments, We Cannot Guarantee this work) The 30-day satisfaction covers any spots re-wicking, missed areas, or smell issues not including pets.

While we do not cover new spots, stains or spills, if you something happens within 30 days of your cleaning, we do offer a reduced rate cleaning for returning to spruce up an area where a new problem has occurred.

Most of our standard cleaning jobs take between 1-3 hours to complete, however if you have a lot of items/areas or different services being done, this can take even longer. Based off our initial assessment of the job and while quoting on the phone, we can typically give a pretty accurate time estimate for how long we will be in the home.

For safety and liability reasons, we typically do not move large furniture before cleaning. Moving heavy items can create a risk of injury, damage to furniture, or damage to your flooring, so we ask that customers move any items they would like cleaned underneath prior to our arrival.

We are happy to move small items such as chairs, light tables, and similar pieces, but large furniture like beds, dressers, entertainment centers, and sectionals should remain in place.

It is not necessary to have the room completely empty. We use low-profile professional cleaning tools that allow us to clean under some furniture and reach tight areas, and we can safely clean around larger pieces that normally do not get moved.

We do offer free estimates by phone, text, or email for most jobs. In many cases, we can give a very accurate price based on the information you provide and photos of the areas that need to be cleaned.

For on-site estimates, we do charge a $50 service fee. This covers the time, travel, and experience of the technician coming to your home. If you decide to move forward with the work, the $50 fee will be applied toward the total cost of the job.

This policy allows us to provide accurate pricing while still keeping our regular service calls on schedule.

Our regular service area includes Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Collinsville, Skiatook, Catoosa, Glenpool, and Bartlesville.
